ROLES THAT BECOME AVAILABLE FROM TIME TO TIME:

Lifeguard duties are very diverse and range from the primary role of customer safety in and around the water, to the cleaning of the complex surroundings, pool vacuuming, providing excellent customer service, and first aid procedures.
To be a successful Lifeguard you must have the following:
• Be able to swim
• Have the ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Have a friendly, outgoing personality
• Have a current First Aid certificate
• Be willing to work as part of a team

As a Cashier you will be responsible for “manager of first impressions”, daily collection and balancing of takings, customer inquiries and performing general administration.

Our Spa Receptionists are our “manager of first impressions”, resonsible for greeting and booking of clients using our computerized booking system, daily collection and balancing of takings, customer inquires, general administration and maintaining the smooth running of all appointments.

Our Therapists are people who have a passion for the spa industry, an outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and are able to build an instant rapport with our customers. Therapists need to have relavant training and hold a Diploma or Certificate for this.
Previous experience and knowledge of the spa industry is also an advantage. We train our Therapists using Alpine Aqua and Sothys products to perform a variety of body treatments and facials. Full training will be given to perform vichy massage, hot stone treatments and steam room treatments.
